With extraordinary energy and passion to deliver “TOP BLOCK” Service to each and every client. Shauna Larson started in the industry at the age of 18 obtaining her Real Estate Licence. My career started as the office manager for Realty World Abide which was a large real estate office composed of all retired military officers. From there I opened Mansell and Associates where I was responsible for recruiting over 80 top agents. In June of 1990 I decided it was time to start selling Real Estate on my own. She closed over 6 million dollars in 6 months which earned her “Rookie of the Year” for the Ogden Board of Realtors. 5 years later she was awarded” Realtor of the Year” for the Ogden Board of Realtors and 2 years later she earned her Brokers license.
I am highly educated earning the designations with the National Association of Realtors for the ABR, GRI, CRS, MRP and SRS designations. Shauna is ranked in the top 5% nationwide for overall production. Born and raised an Air Force Dependant she moved 11 times before her Dad retired a Full Colonel At Hill AFB. Giving her an extensive background in Military and Corporate Relocation. Celebrating 34 years as a Full Time Realtor, much of Shauna’s business comes from past clients and their REFERRALS, because Shauna demonstrates strong ethics, wisdom and loyalty for all of her clients. Shauna has been married for 39 years to her Husband Jerry Larson who was a local custom home builder for over 40 years.
We successfully built 7 Parade of Homes where she worked closely with her husband doing all of the interior design for his homes. Shauna is a proud Mom to 2 son’s Cody and Quinton and a” Grahams” to her Granddaughter Gracie. When she is not working Shauna can be found spending time with her family. They are passionate about being outdoors, snow skiing, traveling, and Mtn Biking.
